Branson vacation continued...
The girls wanted to go to the wax museum so that's what we did on Sunday.
I told them to act scared...Morgan did...Lauren just wanted to smile and look pretty!!
This one's a little blurry, but I had to put it on here. Daddy and Forrest Gump...he loves that movie!
We're off to see the Wizard, the wonderful Wizard of Oz!! One of my all time favorite movies as a child. Our girls love it too!
I watched this show ALL THE TIME!!! I Dream of Jeannie! I LOVE Jeannie (not sure how to spell her name).
Ok...this doesn't fit me, but I couldn't resist. I saw the bunny ears and just had to pose with Hef.
And we all know what movie this is from....Titanic.
Lauren looks like she's about to fall out of the boat!
Men in Black...I told them to look tough!
After the museum, we decided to go back to the hotel and rest a little. Believe it or not, we were a little tired after a 9 1/2 hour day at Silver Dollar City. It was a little bit warmer the next day too, so we wanted to wait until the evening to go play putt putt golf.

We had a great time playing putt putt. Daddy really enjoyed himself. There's so much to do in Branson, you almost need a whole week there...but then you'd be flat broke!!!! Yes, Mom and I managed to squeeze shopping into this trip...twice!!! I can't go all the way to Branson and not go to the Tanger Outlet Mall...I mean, come on!
Branson vacation/Silver Dollar City
Well, as usual I upload these pictures in the wrong order, but it takes too long to re-do it. Okay, Mom and Dad took me and the girls to Branson on vacation this summer. David was in Atlanta on business, so he wasn't with us. In the beginning, Mom wanted to take the girls somewhere...then she wanted me to go with them...then when Mom started making reservations, Dad decided he wanted to go. We all had a blast. Dad ate his first Backyard Burger and played putt putt golf for the first time ever. Those pics will be on the next post. Anyway, we went to Silver Dollar City on a Saturday...got there at 10:00 a.m. and left at 7:30 p.m. Yes, we were there for a solid 9 1/2 hours. We ended the day with go-carts and bumper boats...Lauren kept saying "they're not go-carts, they're race cars!" She and I rode together and Mom rode one by herself...Daddy and Morgan watched. We have a couple pics from that, but they're blurry.
Here's Morgan getting ready to ride the bumper boats. We were soaked by the time we got off these things. They have this button you push to squirt water on each other. This one little boy targeted me every time!
This was at Silver Dollar City. Daddy had already ridden a couple of scary rides with me, so he passed on this one. This one is called "Wildfire". It goes upside down about 5 or 6 times at least. I rode it twice. It was toward the end of the day and there was hardly a line at all.
We stopped to take a rest and watched one of the many shows there.
This was the first ride we rode. I can't remember what it was called, but at one point it felt like we were going to just fly out into the sky and hit a tree!!

I was getting a little worried wondering if there was going to be something holding me in this thing. Finally, this "thing" came up behind us and locked us in tight!
Here we go!
This was so much fun! The water was cold and we got wet, wet!!! Especially Daddy!
You can kind of see how wet his back is in this picture.

Yep...they just got splashed...check out the looks on their faces!
Daddy riding the elephants with Morgan.
There goes Nana with Lauren. Daddy was originally in the front with Morgan, but he couldn't get the lap bar to lock, so they wouldn't let him ride. :(
The weather that day could not have been more perfect. I never broke a sweat. We were actually a little chilly...especially after a few of those "wet" rides. We rode a lot more rides than I have on here, but I would be here all night long if I posted all the pictures we took. We all had a blast and made lots of memories there with Nana and Paw. Thanks Mom and Dad for taking us there!

Reminiscing...
Swimming lessons summer '09
Finally...4th of July pics!
I'm finally getting around to posting pics from the 4th of July. We went home (Louisiana) and stayed with Mom and Dad. We did a little visiting too while we were there. This is David's Mamaw Audrey. We had a good long visit with her and she was in the best mood. It was good to see her and the girls enjoyed visiting with her too.
The girls are helping Nana make her homemade chocolate pudding....mmmm, mmmm, good!!!
Uh oh...David found the pudding and was sneaking a taste before she put it in the oven!!! Look out Heath...you better hurry up and get here before it's all gone :)
Me and my girls...can you tell who the clown is???
Me, the girls, and Christopher...AKA Noonie! I named him that when he was just a baby and still call him that to this day!

Nana decided to make some homemade ice cream too...there's the clown again!
Me and my daddy!!!!
We weren't dressed for a family pic, but decided to take one anyway. We were headed out to see David's cousin and let the girls swim for a little while.

Me and my honey!!!
David's cousin has a beautiful pool...the girls had a blast swimming.

Here I come, Daddy!!! Lauren loves to jump off the diving board. She usually has her floaties on, but if someone's there to catch her she does it without them.
There she goes again.

Happy 4th of July!!!!
Happy 4th of July everyone! I hope everyone has enjoyed their families today. Let us always remember those who fought for and are still fighting for our country, as well as their families who are home awaiting their safe return. God Bless America and let us all continue to pray for our country.
