The girls are hard at work on their Valentine cards. Lauren refused to have any help. She wanted to do it all on her own. This is the first year that I haven't had to fill out any cards:-( Morgan had a list of names of those in her classroom...Lauren only had to fill out the "from" part of her cards. She can write her name, but I went ahead and wrote it on a piece of paper for her so she could look at it if she needed to. Afterall, she had to write her name 20 times!!!!!
Here she is looking at the paper where I had written her name. Isn't this just precious??? If she ran out of room writing her name, she just continued it on the next line. Hey, at least she knows to go from left to right and return to the left...that's one of the first ways we learn how to read.
