Report cards are in!!!

Morgan got her report card today. All A's again! We're so proud of her...she had a 98 in reading, 98 in math, 100 in spelling, and 100 in language arts. She always gets excited when report cards come in...her Nana and Mimi always give her a certain amount of money for each A she earns. She was a little down today, though. She hasn't felt well all day. She went to bed last night with a stuffy nose and woke up this morning with a sore throat. I thought it might get better during the day, but when she came to my room this afternoon, she didn't look any better. I took her temp when we got home and it was 100.3. I took her to the doctor to get her tested for strep (since it's going around), but thankfully her test was negative. Her white blood count was high though which indicated an infection. He said it was probably a sinus infection and put her on antibiotics. I think she'll be fine. We haven't had flu shots yet so I'm hoping we can steer clear of that this year.
